Distance management in Somalia is a fact exposing project implementation to various type of difficulties and vulnerabilities. In order to improve implementation and quality insurance, ILO has developed an elaborated monitoring strategy enabling triangulation of information and timely reporting. Monitoring is focusing on the impact of the project but also on its daily implementation.
